Silvia Wronka focuses on policy analysis and program evaluation, particularly in Financial Services. She has been working in Timor-Leste since 2013 in projects with the United Nations and the Central Bank of Timor-Leste, to develop the financial sector and to promote social businesses.
Silvia was previously a Vice-President with Citibank, having worked in Brazil, the United States and Singapore, in multiple areas including Financial Control, Strategy, M&A, and Treasury. She developed complex financial models to evaluate projects and business performance, in order to influence decision making and optimize results. Silvia has significant experience designing and using management information systems, as well as in capacity development of systems’ users. She has also worked in market research and statistical analysis.
Silvia graduated in Business Administration at Universidade de São Paulo in Brazil and earned a Master in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at National University of Singapore.
