Roger Lehman is Pluris’ change management expert and Professor at INSEAD. His focus is on executive leadership, personal and professional development, change management and high performance teams. His extremely varied background (sociology, anthropology, clinical social work, psychiatry and religion, clinical and organizational psychology and psychoanalytic training) allows Roger to bring several “lenses” to his work on change and leadership.
A founder and former Executive Director of the INSEAD Global Leadership Center (IGLC), Roger designed and led INSEAD’s innovative Coaching and Consulting for Change Program (CCC). He recently led a change process to convert it into an Executive Masters in Clinical Approaches to Management.
Roger holds Masters degrees from both Rutgers (Social Work) and Princeton Theological Seminary (Psychiatry and Religion) as well as a PhD from the Florida Institute of Technology (Clinical Psychology). He completed his psychoanalytic training at the Sigmund Freud Institute, Frankfurt.
