Elsbeth Snieders focuses on negotiation coaching and mediation. She is a Registered Mediator with the Netherlands Mediation Institute (NMI).
Elsbeth has mediated and facilitated in various settings, including Singapore’s Small Claims Tribunal, the Dutch Central Bank, and in a variety of labor disputes. In addition she has trained and coached professionals at both senior and more junior levels in their careers. She has experience in both the private and public sector.
For many years Elsbeth worked for the Central Bank of the Netherlands in different roles, amongst others as Department Head and facilitator. Previously she worked for General Electric as a senior business analyst and Six Sigma Quality Blackbelt. At GE Elsbeth developed her interest in facilitation and coaching in GE Capital’s Advanced Leadership and Facilitation Network.
Elsbeth holds a Master’s degree in Macro Economics from Groningen University (The Netherlands) and has completed a Post Graduate ADR Specialist/Legal Mediator at the Amsterdam ADR Institute of the University of Amsterdam.
